EVENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
*$250 Non-Refundable Deposit to Secure the Date is required for all events.
*$140 fully refundable security deposit is required for all events.
*If you cancel your event less than 14 days ahead of the event date, your deposit is no longer refundable. If you cancel your event more than 14 days ahead of your event date, your deposit is 100% refundable.
*If you do not wish to clean up the venue once the event is over, we offer full clean up for $150.
*If you do not wish to set up and decorate at the beginning of your event, we offer decorating services and total set up for $150.
*If something is left behind or lost during or after an event, True Events LLC is not responsible for any lost items.
